Beach Pilates, located in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, is a private studio, offering Pilates machine or mat workouts in a one-on-one setting. Using the teachings of Joseph Pilates, you will learn a new way of exercise that not only builds a strong, well formed body, but also strengthens the mind. Each session is private, with specific attention to the client and their individual needs. Beach Pilates is dedicated to the well being of each individual.
With hundreds of hours of study in Pilates, as well as thousands of hours in the practice of massage, LindaBahr-Warga brings a body-mind-spirit philosophy to her studio. Clients are encouraged to take active participation in their health and well-being, through this empowering, strengthening workout. Beach Pilates is commited to empowering people to a better, healthier way of being through this full body-mind exercise.
